I can't recommend Lucie enough :) I have had my fair share of experience with psychologists/counsellors over the past 15 or so years, however no-one has been able to help me as much as Lucie. Her insight has led me to have so many lightbulb moments and her questioning has helped me discover these for myself. Since our five sessions I have gained a new awareness of myself, the way I think and operate, my values, and most importantly, have felt so supported and validated through it all. It has been a true gift to work with Lucie - she has changed my mind on psychology (showing me how truly invaluable it is!) and I know that she truly is changing lives through all of her work. Lucie is so great! I found our 60 min session to be very insightful into the way my mind works and has helped me to be more confident in knowing how to use my mindset to drive me forward rather than letting it hold me back. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling psychologically with regards to their dancing.

Lucie was very well-prepared and displayed professionalism on our first call. Something in her inspired me confidence straight away - which is paramount for a psychologist. She immediately comprehended the issues I was dealing with, and reassured me we would be working our way through them.
